THIIY Story

It seems like it is more important than ever to not only heal our childhood blocks but also continually address traumas of the modern world. Stressful work, negative news bombarding us from all over, low quality of food and our natural environments, all this puts our bodies (including energy bodies), and our minds in state prolonged stress.  

My name is Anna Malus Kitzmann and  I created The Healer Is In You with intention to inspire and support you on your ongoing healing and growth journey.  I started THIIY to provide you services and tools to help heal your mind & body. After fruitful career in corporate world I decided few years ago to follow my heart and long time interest in holistic healing modalities. I certified in modalities that helped me on my healing and growth journey the most: Reiki (Master I, II, III), Breathwork  and finally Pranic Healing. All to provide you with variety of methods to heal, grow and connect with your soul and body. My goal and approach l is to channel healing and energizing energies for/to you, so your body and mind can do their magic – because
